Community Rules
Treemo will not tolerate remarks or creative expressions that stem from bigotry, including (but not limited to):
Racist slurs
Derogatory remarks about philosophies and religions
Offensive remarks based on gender or sexual preference
Violations and Consequences
Any violation of community etiquette will initially result in a warning, sent by Treemo Administrators. Repeated violations will result in further steps taken - including banning an individual from the Treemo community - as deemed necessary. Accusations of policy violations, questions regarding administrative actions, and copyright infringement reports should always be addressed to Treemo Administrators; not to individual members. False accusations may be considered violations of policy, and will be handled accordingly.
Prohibited sexual and violent content
Posting content covered by the lists below to Treemo will result in immediate deletion of the content. Explicit nudity will result in immediate banning of the account, and all other violations will result in a warning. Continuing to post such content will result in the account being banned.
Sexual content:
Legs up or apart in a clearly sexually suggestive fashion
Female body shots without heads that are focused in a suggestive fashion on breasts, female genitalia or buttocks, no matter what the exposure
Male body shots without heads that focus on male genitalia, no matter what the exposure
Rear shot-bent over with thong (full body static rear OK)
See-through underwear
Sexually suggestive touching or positions with single model
Explicit nipple shots
People touching each other in a sexually suggestive fashion
Pubic hair
Use of objects to imply sexual activity
Pixelated images
Sexually suggestive titles
Titles overtly implying nudity
Drugs and alcohol:
Pictures should not present graphic depictions of illegal drug use or alcohol use. Graphic depiction of illegal drug use or alcohol use is defined as verbal words, or non-verbal actions, that depict illegal drug use or alcohol usein such an explicit and dwelling manner that a reasonable person would conclude that the depiction is intended as a serious expression to promote or incite illegal drug use or alcohol use.
Violence:
Sexual violence/rape
Blood and gore
The act of killing
Deliberate injury and unusual methods of causing injury or pain
Deliberate damage to objects
Criminal acts
Extreme violence including sadism, torture
Infliction of severe pain or physical harm (possible exceptions: artistic, educational, sports)
Violence involving use of weapons by human figures or fantasy characters that is realistic enough to be considered promotion of violence
Repeated sustained violence (including kicking, hitting, stabbing) that amounts to cruel and unusual behavior
Violence involving graphic images of blood or injuries
"Calls to action" or depictions that in the context of the content amount to clear intent to incite violence or any of the acts above
Site Abuse
Treemo will not tolerate attempts on any kind to exploit or disrupt the layout, navigability, or general use of the Treemo site. Artificial manipulation of any aspect of the system by means of extra accounts, specious use, or other intentional misuse will be treated as exploitative. Treemo will issue no warnings for violations of this nature. Violators will be banned immediately upon the discovery of disruption or abuse. All infractions are handled on a case-by-case basis exclusively by Treemo administrators.
